| 英文摘要 | 随着高等学校办学规模的不断扩大，办学层次呈现多样化。现行的高校院级财务管理模式多数为手工操作，不但工作效率低下，而且极易出错。在手工操作核算方式下，必须将从凭证到报表的数据处理过程，分解为若干工作步骤，每一步骤都产生一些中间数据（如：科目汇总表、汇总记账凭证、日记账、明细账、总账等）。为保证各个步骤的连续性，逐步积累编制会计报表所需要的数据，必须将每一步所形成的中间结果存储起来。这种逐步转抄，重复存储，不仅浪费资源，而且极易导致数据的不一致性。可以说，手工核算中经常出现的账证不符、账表不符的现象与这种同一信息的重复再现有密切关系。因此，引进信息管理理念，设计开发一套财务管理信息系统(Finan...; As the scale of the higher education expands and the level of schooling present diversifies, it is easy to be inefficient and make errors since most work of the existing financial management in the college are manual.
