| 英文摘要 | 药监局作为食品、药品和医疗器械监管的行政机构，监管任务非常繁重，现有信息技术的不足造成机关处室与基层站所之间缺乏即时数据统计、信息共享，无法实现网上协同工作。面对数量众多的监管对象，日常监管工作中，协调机制比较原始和滞后，难免出现政策决策失误以及监管人员物资调度、监管空隙或交叉重复执法等问题。迫切需要建立一个信息数据统计上报管理系统以实现监管业务决策信息化。因此本课题的主要目的为设计实现相应的软件系统。 针对药监局的现状，本系统需要解决的主要问题是部门及下属单位之间的业务信息及数据流转和数据统计。B/S架构使用户可以随时随地使用各种浏览器登录网站查看业务进程，进行各类信息、报表的汇总、统计，...; The State Food and Drug Administration, as food, pharmaceutical and medical devices regulator, its regulatory task is very heavy.
