| 英文摘要 | 高速公路发展迅速，离不开高速公路信息、维护管理系统的建设。各级高速公路已逐渐成网，路网信息业随之迅速膨胀。电子联网收费模式应运而生，但地区高速公路投资主体多元化，各业主有着较多的局部利益，存在众多收费管卡和落后的收费方式，需要协调的问题较多。因此，管理上迫切需要一种“统一收费、自动收费、系统分账”的路网智能化的收费方式。 本文首先分析了路网智能化收费系统的产生背景，针对其所面临的问题，提出路网智能化收费系统的总体目标和实现策略。其次，本文重点结合ETC、银行用户自动划款、最短路劲算法等，详细阐述了路网智能化收费系统的设计与实现。同时本文还对路网智能化收费系统的数据结构、测试用例、容错设计、外...; The rapid development of Expressway Road can not be separated from the highway, building maintenance management system.
