英文摘要	随着财税改革的不断推进，社会经济的快速发展，以省或地、市审计机关单独审计项目已不能适应形势发展的要求，从2006年起，审计署组织了地方政府性债务审计、社会保障资金审计等十余个全国统一组织审计项目，部分省级审计机关也组织了地方政府债券资金管理、土地出让金及矿产资源补偿费征管、农业高效节水专项资金使用等多个省级统一组织审计项目。上述项目按照统一方案分组实施，但审计项目资料没有统一管理的系统，分别存储在各审计小组，不利于审计项目的整改落实，也不利于审计项目资料最大限度的共享，该平台的设计由此产生。 本平台的设计是在调研了统一组织项目从立项、实施到项目结束全过程的基础上完成。系统按照统一项目工作流程...; With the advancing of the finance and taxation reform and the rapid development of the society and economy, the individual auditing project conducted either by a province, a county or by a city has failed to meet the demand of the changing situation.
