| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以后，我国化工行业虽然得到了快速发展，但在信息化管理方面还是进展缓慢。化工企业的日常行政工作压力随着产品量、客户量和员工数量的不断增多也在不断增大。行政人员每天都要处理大量的产品、客户和员工的文档资料，例如：产品的销售合同文档、客户资料文档、员工劳动合同文档等等，这些文档资料不仅非常重要、数量庞大，而且需要长期保存。然而，这些工作目前大部分的化工企业还是采用人工管理模式，这种模式不但工作效率差，而且很容易出现差错。如何对这些行政文档资料进行科学而有效的管理是化工企业面临的一个难题。 为了解决化工企业出现的以上问题，本人决定开发一套适合于化工企业的行政文档管理系统，通过该系统来提供化工...; After reform and open of our country, the chemical industry of our country is developing rapidly, the progress of chemical industry informatization is slow.
