| 英文摘要 | 农村信息化工作在我国经济社会发展中具有重要的战略意义，面对农业和农民对信息化需求的进一步加剧，如何让庞杂的涉农信息针对农民所需，并以低成本走近分散居住的农户，农民有问题可以及时得到解决，并确保信息及时准确，这些问题都值得全社会思考。手机的普及，给农业信息的传递带来了新的思路，短信技术的成熟，更加使得手机在传递农业信息的过程中发挥着重要的作用，也给农业信息最后一公里问题的解决带来了新的途径。 农村信息服务系统是指信息服务人员通过系统能够根据用户的需求，在不需要用户干预的情况下，主动、精准的按照用户的信息需求为用户提供相应的信息服务，其特征可以简单的归纳为：主动发布信息、主动预测需求、主动采集信...; Agricultural informatization construction in rural areas is of great strategic significance in the economic and social development of China.
