| 英文摘要 | 干部量化考评目前已成为很多单位对领导干部进行全面、规范化考评的一种重要的科学方法。萍乡市公安消防部队以干部量化考评为契机，进一步加强干部队伍建设，制定了《萍乡市公安消防部队干部量化考评实施细则（试行）》，并且要求实现干部量化考评电子信息化管理。 本文在该背景下对干部量化考评实施细则进行了分析，采用VisualStudio.NET开发平台，设计和开发了基于B/S模式的公安消防干部量化考评系统，这对于深入推进消防工作和部队建设科学发展、完善干部绩效考核机制、全面提高干部队伍的整体素质具有重要意义。 干部量化考评系统应用了比较成熟和先进的的软件设计与开发工具、方法和模式，包括UML建模工具、AS...; The quantitative evaluation of the cadre has been known as an important scientific method used by many organizations to carry out the overall and standard evaluation on the cadre.
