| 英文摘要 | 中文摘要 现代战争中，战争结果在很大程度上与一个国家经济实力以及动员经济的能力有关。随着抗战进入相持阶段，中日开始展开了经济战，并成为影响战局走向的重要因素。本文主要以闽东地区各县档案馆资料来探讨相持阶段对日经济战中的经济游击队与地方社会的互动关系。首先，阐述福建省沿海走私线及沿海经济封锁线分布情况，分析沿海经济游击队的战略布局、闽东地区经济游击队的空间分布状况以及人员配置，进而分析经济游击官兵的训导体制以及经济游击队的功能。其次，论述“新县制”在闽东的施行情况，探讨“新县制”之下的公职人员与经济游击队的互动关系。第三，论述经济游击队长官与地方派系之间的关系，阐述在经济游击事务上公职人员...; ABSTRACT In the course of modern warfare,the result of the conflict largely depends on economic power and economic mobilization of a certain country.
