英文摘要	本文对比研究了三套分别来自中国、美国和网络的汉语听力材料，属于对外汉语听力教学研究中的教材编写范畴。有关对外汉语听力教材的比较研究，国内也刚开始七八年的时间，极少文章涉及国内和国外、传统和网络的听力教材的比较，而把国内、国外和网络这三种教材放在一起做比较研究的文章，暂时还没有。本文以对外汉语听力教学的性质和任务、难点和重点为基础理论依据，参照对外汉语教材的编写原则，结合从初级向中级过渡阶段的汉语学习者的心理特点，采用数据分析和调查论证的方法，从语料选择和练习设置这两个大项目对三套听力材料进行了全面的对比分析和解释评价。在此基础上，关于对外汉语初中级听力教材的编写，我们提出了以下意见：1、语料要...; The paper makes comparative research on three sets of Chinese listening materials for TCFL which are from China, America and internet respectively.
