英文摘要	本文的研究对象是北宋时期钱荒的成因。所谓钱荒，是在正常的社会生产生活秩序之下，流通中货币的相对不足。从本质上来说，钱荒现象是货币现象之一种，因此，研究北宋钱荒不能不考察北宋货币运行的特征。同时，这种货币现象又与北宋王朝的财政收支存在极为密切的联系，主要表现为北宋时期国家完全垄断了货币的铸造与发行，并且控制了货币的投放和回笼。在当时的金融环境和交通条件之下，财政收支的政策与体制对一个地区流通中货币的总量存在根本性的影响。因此，研究北宋钱荒必须考察北宋财政运行状况、财政货币政策与体制、财政收支的内容及其方向。围绕北宋钱荒成因这一主题，本文的章节安排如下： 第一章绪论本章的主要内容是学术史回顾并...; The topic of this thesis is reasons for the shortage of current money in the Northern Song.
