| 英文摘要 | 酿酒业作为一个已有数千年历史的农产品加工行业，在清代社会经济生活中占据着重要的地位。由于其与粮食生产的特殊关联性，因此国家在制定及执行烧酒政策禁与弛的过程中不得不认真抉择。本文通过分析清代烧酒政策的演变历程，总结其变化的趋势，并通过阐述其与当时社会经济因素的互动，以及中央和地方权力等政治力量对该政策禁弛的决策作用，探讨烧酒政策的禁弛对当时社会政治经济的影响。全文基本结构与内容如下： 绪论阐述选题缘由，进行学术史回顾，提出研究的资料来源、基本思路以与概念界定。 第一章介绍清代烧酒政策演变概况，分前中后三个阶段分别阐述烧酒政策演变的历程，总结其变化的大致规律。 第二章通过论述烧酒政策与社会经...; The brewing industry ,as one of agroprocessing industries with the history of nearly several thousand years, occupied an important position in the economic life of Qing dynasty .
