| 英文摘要 | 随着经济社会发展对科技依赖程度的不断提升，科技创新的主导作用日益显著，各个地区纷纷对科技资源给予了高度重视，相关经费和投入不断加大，增长速度逐步加快，但是科技资源作为稀缺资源，不可能无限制地增加，因此整合区域科技资源，提高科技资源利用效率，克服当前科技资源的浪费现象就成为迫切需要解决的问题。 论文从区域科技资源的构成入手，认为区域科技资源是一个庞大的系统，要对该系统进行整合，以发挥系统的最大功效首先应对系统的构成要素进行研究。根据区域科技资源的内容特征、相互作用和形态结构可以将区域科技资源划分为五大要素，即区域科技人力资源、区域科技财力资源、区域科技物力资源、区域科技信息资源、区域科技组织资...; With the economic and social development dependence on the science and technology, dominant role of technological innovation is increasing, regions have attached great importance to S&T resources, funding and investment continued to increase, the growth rate gradually increased.
