| 英文摘要 | 1997年亚洲金融危机之后，东亚金融合作开始启动并迅速取得了一些合作成果。货币金融领域合作是区域经济合作的重要组成部分，研究和推进东亚货币金融领域合作，对东亚金融体系的发育和完善、东亚经济稳定增长都具有重要意义。区别于已有的大量关于未来东亚汇率协调、货币合作的研究，本文选取的研究角度着眼于已有的金融合作基础，从理论和实践两方面探讨东亚应做怎样的准备、达到怎样的条件，才能够由金融合作走向货币合作。论文对最优货币区（OCA）理论金融市场标准的相关研究进行了回顾和总结。无论从理论还是实践的角度分析，国际金融市场一体化标准都不是OCA的充分必要条件，必须得以补充和完善。借用麦金农（1973）和肖（19...; Monetary and financial cooperation is an important part of regional economic cooperation.
