| 英文摘要 | 地缘政治采用地理分析的方法研究政治力量之间的权利关系，直接为一国的决策服务。能源是现代地缘政治关注的重点之一，运用地缘政治的相关理论来分析能源安全成为学术界的新趋势。中缅油气管道的建设是中国为解决能源安全问题，并实现能源来源地多元化的重要战略措施，但是中国与缅甸之间的能源合作正面临着缅甸国内外的双重地缘风险与威胁。运用地缘政治的有关理论 对此分析并得出相关对策，才能够更好地推动中缅能源合作，以追求并维护中国的能源安全和国家利益。 本文以地缘政治为视角，中缅油气管道为对象，中缅油气管道的意义、作用与风险的分析为目的的逻辑结构。主要内容分为三个部分。 第一部分，是理论部分，关于地缘恒指理论的...; Geopolitics focuses on the relations, or interactions, among political powers with geopolitical factor, serving for the government policy directly.
