| 英文摘要 | 三农问题是一个老生常谈的话题。重要的战略地位和紧迫的发展状况决定了它持久的生命力。本文结合前人的研究成果和自己的思考，对当前中国三农问题的新变化、新趋势进行分析，更新了人们对三农问题的传统认识，赋予了三农问题新的时代内涵。在此基础上，针对当前社会各界为解决三农问题而设计的某些具有争议的解决方案，进行了可行性与现实性的分析。指出了城市化、土地私有化、农民专业合作社在解决三农问题时存在的风险以及遇到挫折的原因。警示人们不要陷入西方迷信、市场化迷信，盲目搬抄他国的经验制度。接着，又以国内成功的集体化村庄为研究对象，从它们的发展轨迹中总结经验、发现规律，提出其在新的时代背景下、新的社会环境中仍能适用、...; The issue of agriculture, rural areas and peasantry is a cliché topic.
