| 英文摘要 | 近年随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，房地产业蓬勃发展，已经迅速成为我国国民经济的重要产业之一，但是也产生了严重的问题:如房地产过快发展导致的城市土地扩张的速度远远超过人口城市化速度。本文试图从房地产税的角度来分析解决城市土地扩张过快的问题。 在已有理论的分析基础上，本文构建了一个圆形城市模型。通过对城市内房屋供给者的生产行为和房屋需求者的消费行为的假设，求解出均衡状态下的城市面积。在均衡状态下，考虑不同征税方式的房地产税对城市面积的影响，最后发现房地产税收会提高房地产商的开发成本，抑制城市土地扩张。 为了更好的分析房地产税收对于我国城市土地扩张的影响，本文基于2004-2013年的中国30个...; With the urbanization process in China, the real estate industry has become one of the most important industries in national economy.
