| 英文摘要 | 在加入WTO后，我国的对外直接投资额不断攀升，我国已经成为最大的对外直接投资国与债权国之一，中央决策层也适时提出了“一带一路”的战略规划。在研究我国对外直接投资影响因素的文献中，制度质量、税收、汇率以及自然资源禀赋是现有文献关注较多的，而只有少量文献系统性的对中国在“一带一路”背景下对沿线国家的直接投资进行研究。 本文结合理论分析与实证检验，选取2003年到2014年“一带一路”沿线65个国家为研究对象，实证探讨了我国对这65个“一带一路”国家的直接投资是否会受到东道国制度质量、政府偿债能力、文化相似性、自然资源和成本等五个因素的影响。 本文通过对沿线65个国家11年的面板数据进行回归研究...; After the accession to the WTO, the foreign direct investment of our country continue to rise, China has become one of the largest foreign direct investment country and creditor, the central decision-making also timely dished up the "the belt and road".
