| 英文摘要 | 随着改革开放以来我国国民收入的迅猛增长，城市居民和农村居民的收入水平拉开了距离。进入二十一世纪，我国城乡居民收入比始终在3.0左右的高位徘徊，2007至2009年间甚至达到3.3以上。借鉴国际上对于农业人口收入和非农业人口收入比的研究，学界普遍认为，城乡居民收入比不宜超过2。我国收入不平等水平远远高于世界其他国家水平，城乡收入差距已经成为制约我国经济转型、阻碍我国实现全面建成小康社会目标的重要因素。 为了缩小城乡居民收入差距，一方面我国政府出台了一系列旨在惠及农村人口和农业发展的政策。如政府出面稳定农产品价格，增加对“农业、农村、农民”的支出，取消农业税，推行新型农村社会养老保险，实现城市...; With the exponential growth of China's Gross Domestic Product, the income gap between rural and urban residents in China is expanding.
