| 英文摘要 | 全球价值链理论是国际分工进一步深化的产物，它研究了产业链条中不同环节的关系，并以此为依据决定了不同分工环节企业的利润分配关系。本文以江苏省制造业发展作为研究对象，首先阐述了全球价值链和产业升级的概念和相关理论研究。在此基础上，分析了江苏省制造业在全球价值链中的定位情况，包括江苏省制造业发展现状、与其升级相关的要素的发展情况、价值链竞争力分析以及制造发展过程中存在的问题。分析发现虽然江苏制造业在中国积极嵌入全球价值链环节的过程中取得了飞速的进步，但是，必须清楚地认识到目前江苏制造业尚还处在价值链低端环节这个事实。随后，选取了研发创新水平、金融业发展水平、人力素质水平、外资利用情况、对外贸易水平这...; The theory of global value chain is the product of international division of labor further deepening, it studies the relationship between different link in industry chain, and on this basis determine enterprises’ profits.
