| 英文摘要 | 新型城镇化和金融改革是十八大以来确立的、较为明确的国家未来发展方向，新型城镇化涉及大量基础设施、民生工程的建设，存在巨额的资金需求，如何有效运用各种金融支持手段，保证新型城镇化建设的资金供需畅通，对新型城镇化的健康发展、国家战略目标的完成具有重要现实意义。 对此，本文首先构建了一个新型城镇化质量综合评价体系，测算了福建省9个设区市1990-2013年的城镇化质量指数，全面衡量地区城镇化发展趋势和分布特点。然后依据金融支持多元化的理念，从国内金融市场、海外投资、财政支出三个层面选取金融支持指标，研究其对城镇化发展的作用路径。在空间相关性分析中，Moran’sI统计值显示福建省城镇化质量存在空间...; New Urbanization and Financial Reform are explicit directions of our country's future development established in The Eighteenth National Congress of Communist Party of China.
