| 英文摘要 | “三农问题”一直是社会各界讨论的热点问题，而农村居民收入微薄，消费支出低下，阻碍着其生活水平的提高，从而抑制经济的发展。为了消除城乡不协调现象，实现社会现代化，城镇化的推进成为国家及各级政府努力的首选。 本文基于地方财政支出，从其总量及支出结构两个层面进行定性和定量分析，并探讨在其作用下，福建省县域城镇化水平与农村居民消费水平之间的关系。笔者利用福建省58个县（市）2005年-2013年数据，建立静态面板回归模型，运用stata11.0，先后排除混合回归、随机效应回归，采取固定效应回归方法来检验，并通过修改基础模型，来验证农村居民消费具有收入效应、棘轮效应等。另外，本文还借鉴非动态面板门限回...; All sectors of society have always been talking about three rural issues.
