| 英文摘要 | 我国入世后，随着日益开放的姿态和经济发展的强劲势头，服务业FDI快速增长，成为后起之秀。目前中国要素成本上升，外资结构发生转变，针对该现象，本文分析外资结构变迁的内外驱动因素，重点研究早期进入的制造业外资对随后而来的服务业FDI的影响机制。 本文首先进行理论研究，基于服务不可储存性、生产消费同时性和差异性等特性，在新经济地理学框架下建立服务业外商投资的决策数理模型；随后基于模型的变量，从由生产层面的需求关联效应，交易层面的成本关联效应和空间层面的客户追随效应形成的直接途径和通过制造业FDI的溢出效应和行业连锁传导效应形成的间接途径两方面论述制造业FDI对服务业FDI的影响；然后进行统计描述分...; After entering WTO, China has been increasingly open and has gained great economic development.
