| 英文摘要 | 中国作为全球铁矿石最大的进口国，对进口价格的影响能力却十分有限。在当今铁矿石金融化的背景下，中国钢铁企业更是面临铁矿石价格剧烈波动带来的经营风险。通过分析铁矿石进口价格的影响因素，找出对其有重要影响的可控因素，并深刻剖析金融化带来的影响，针对性地提出应对措施，提升中国的价格影响能力，帮助钢铁企业更好地应对铁矿石金融化。 本文首先从全球铁矿石资源分布、供需双方力量博弈以及中国铁矿石的供求状况三方面系统介绍了中国铁矿石进口的总体形势，指出中国铁矿石资源的丰而不富以及下游钢铁行业需求的庞大，迫使中国需要大量进口铁矿石，但中国钢铁行业集中度不高，导致定价的话语权缺失，因此提高对铁矿石进口价格的影响力...; Though as the world's largest importer of iron ore, China has very limited power over pricing.
