英文摘要	近年来，全球经济失衡问题引起国内外学者的密切关注。纠正全球经济失衡，需要各国的积极配合，中国作为其重要组成也要做出相应调整。本文从贸易结构角度分析全球经济失衡下我国贸易失衡状况，寻找其发生的原因和贸易失衡产生的经济影响，进而为中国经济贸易协调增长提出相应对策建议。 随着中国经济和贸易的发展，我国不断融入世界经济，上世纪90年代中期开始出现持续的贸易顺差。本文从贸易结构角度分析我国的贸易失衡状况后发现：贸易失衡结构集中于制造业中外商投资企业的加工贸易方式；中国民营企业以其创新能力、竞争能力、适应能力强的优势，出口势头强劲，成为顺差扩大的新生推动力量；中美由于较强的经济互补性，美国成为我国贸易顺...; Recently, global imbalance has attracted more and more attention by academic and administrative authorities all over the world.
