| 英文摘要 | 地方政府间税收竞争是政府间竞争在税收领域的表现，是以各级政府为主体，以一切能够促进资源流入本辖区的要素为竞争对象，以各类税收优惠为手段，吸引其他地区财源流入本地区的政府自利行为。计划经济时期，我国地方政府之间的税收竞争是间接的、零星的，伴随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的运行和深化，地方政府之间的税收竞争日趋显著，并且呈现出竞争起点不公平、制度外竞争为主、稳定性差的特点。随着社会主义市场经济的不断推进，区域经济协调发展成为实现国民经济可持续发展战略的重要前提条件，现实中，不同区域尤其是东西部之间发展中的差距日益突出。本文就地方政府间的税收竞争对区域经济协调发展的影响作为研究主题，通过分析认为，政府...; Inter-local governmental tax competition is the manifestation of the intergovernmental competition in tax field.
