| 英文摘要 | 进入21世纪以后，中国正处在工业化和城镇化全面发展时期，中国粗钢产量和铁矿石进口量连年占据世界第一，并占世界粗钢总量和铁矿石进口总量很大的比重。中国铁矿石进口呈现量多、价高的特点，且价格有不断上涨趋势，铁矿石谈判更是屡战屡败，中国钢铁行业始终被铁矿石所绑架。因此，很有必要对中国铁矿石贸易进行深刻的分析和探讨。 本论文首先介绍了国际铁矿石市场贸易格局；第二，对我国铁矿石进口现状进行概括，并进行原因分析；第三，根据“卡特尔”定价原理、寡头博弈模型和简单的实证对我国进口铁矿石价格的高位运行进行分析；第四，提出我国铁矿石贸易中出现的问题及面临的挑战；最后，提出一些针对性的政策建议。 本文的主要结论...; As entering the 21st century, China is in the comprehensive development of industrialization and urbanization, China's crude steel production and iron ore imports accounted for first in the world year after year, and of the world's total crude steel production and iron ore imports large weight.
