| 英文摘要 | 我国正处于工业快速发展的阶段，长期以来粗放型经济增长方式引起的环境污染、资源浪费、效率低下等问题亟需解决，同时为增强中国经济的国际竞争水平，产业升级迫在眉睫。在这种情况下，发展生产性服务业是推动产业结构升级、提高工业生产效率、解决能源环境制约的必经之路。本文采用投入产出分析方法，利用投入产出表数据，分析1995、1997、2002、2007四个时点生产性服务业及内部各行业与其他产业间的产业关联和产业波及特性，对生产服务业的发展历程及发展现状进行了系统研究。 改革开放以来，中国经济获得了长足发展，进入工业化中期阶段，产业结构日趋合理。在工业发展的同时，服务业在国民经济中所处的地位进一步提高。作...; China is at a stage of rapid industrial growth.The extensive economic growth has long caused environmental pollution, resource waste, inefficiency and other problems .At the same time, industrial upgrading is urgent.
