| 英文摘要 | 一直以来，煤炭都是中国能源市场最重要的能源品种。从资源禀赋的构成以及成本的角度来看，未来相当长一段时期内，煤炭在中国一次能源消费结构中仍将占据主导地位。因此，煤炭价格问题已经成为关系到国计民生的深层次问题，研究分析中国的煤炭价格，探索建立符合中国煤炭市场发展要求的煤炭价格形成机制，不仅直接影响煤炭产业的结构和煤炭工业的可持续发展，而且还关系到国民经济能否又好又快地发展。 本文首先分析研究了中国的煤炭价格形成机制，然后总结比较了世界煤炭市场的几种定价方法，接着对美、俄、印三个主要产煤国的煤炭价格形成机制进行了系统地阐述，从中总结出一定的经验和启示。最后，从规制经济学的角度，探索了中国煤炭价格形...; Coal has always been the most important energy variety in China.
