| 英文摘要 | 资本具有逐利性，市场机制决定了资本总是流向投资收益率高的区域。资本作为推动经济发展的最重要的要素，其跨区域流动是导致各区域之间经济非均衡的一个重要原因。改革开放30年来，我国区域间经济差距持续拉大，这一现象自20世纪90年代起迅速恶化。区域经济的持续拉大，使得各地区在资本积累、经济社会环境、人口素质及基础设施配备等方面的差距拉大，这又进一步导致区域间资本配置失衡，从而导致一定时期内区域经济差距的进一步扩大。 本文在对现有理论及研究成果进行梳理的基础上，首先运用F-H方法对我国各省的资本流动性进行实证分析，并将31个省按资本流动程度从强到弱进行排序，发现我国区域之间资本流动与发达国家之间的情形...; Capital has the nature of chasing interests and market mechanism determines that capital always flows to the region where the rate of investment return is higher.
