| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，我国经济一直保持较高的增长速度，年均实际增长率将近10%，但这高速的增长主要依赖于投资和出口的带动，国内的消费需求对经济增长的拉动一直偏弱，内需不足成为制约我国未来经济保持健康可持续发展的重要因素。2011年的“十二五”规划中明确指出，在未来的五年当中我国须建立扩大消费需求的长效机制，把扩大消费需求作为我国扩大内需的战略重点，进一步提高居民的消费倾向和消费能力。与此同时，改革开放以来我国的人口年龄结构发生了重大变化，人口老龄化程度不断加剧，并于2001年正式步入老龄化社会的行列，且截止2011年底我国65岁及以上人口的老年人数量达到了1.23亿，老龄化比重为9.12%，是世界上老...; Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a high growth rate, the actual annual growth rate is nearly 10%.
