英文摘要	摘要 自从改革开放以来，中美经贸关系从无到有，从小到大经历了长足的发展。进入二十一世纪以来，特别是我国加入WTO后，中美之间的贸易收支不断攀升。然而，从上世纪九十年代开始，中美贸易顺差持续扩大，中美贸易收支越来越不平衡。西方将导致这一结果的原因归咎于中国的汇率政策，认为人民币币值被低估，人民币应该升值才能逆转美国对华持续的贸易逆差。那么，究竟人民币汇率政策是不是导致中美贸易不平衡的主要原因？人民币应不应该升值呢？本文分别应用1995年到2008年的来自于中方和美方统计的季度数据，建立VAR模型并运用协整检验、误差修正模型和方差分解等计量经济学方法对人民币兑美元实际汇率对中美贸易收支是否具有长...; Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China-US economic and trade relations has undergone substantial development.
