| 英文摘要 | 2008年的美国金融危机波及全球，美、欧经济随即进入衰退，各发达资本主义国家政府联合救市，但收效甚微，2010年欧洲再度爆发主权债务危机，危机蔓延至今仍未有效解决。由于金融危机的影响，加上近年来东亚发生的海啸、日本大地震等自然灾害，一方面东亚各国为了自保，贸易保护主义抬头，政府也把精力更多地放在本国经济促进，从而东亚合作进程有减慢迹象；另一方面，这次金融危机堪称百年一遇，各国政府意识到加强金融合作联手干预市场才能更有效应对危机。尽管希腊、意大利等国债务危机前景仍然扑朔迷离，但欧盟对于这些国家的救助显示决心，也确实缓解了债务危机困境。全球经济合作，特别是在应对危机方面的合作的必要性已深入人心。在...; The American financial crisis has spread worldwide; economic recession arrived immediately in occident.
