| 英文摘要 | 中文摘要 温州的社会文化特征决定了温州民营经济的蓬勃发展，而民营经济发展对社会资本有着内在的需求，行业协会对社会资本的形成有着重要的作用。温州民营企业和行业协会的特殊关系在应对反倾销行为中表现得尤为突出。入世后，温州成为外国对华反倾销的主要受害者，如何应对反倾销成为温州经济贸易发展的重要课题。反倾销应诉具有公共物品的特征，容易出现“搭便车”行为，陷入“集体行动的困境”。 本文从社会资本的角度，通过对温州行业协会反倾销应对行为的案例剖析，认为行业协会作为社会资本的载体，在反倾销应诉中具有破解“集体行动困境”的优势。基于对社会资本与温州行业协会反倾销行为的分析，本文认为当前制约我国行业协会反倾...; Abstract With the booming of private economy in Wenzhou, where its social and cultural features provide a warm bed for private economy, Business Associations have become increasingly important in the formation of social capital ---- an inherent demand of private economy.
