英文摘要	在中美双边贸易取得快速的发展时，两国的贸易失衡问题却日益突出，双边的贸易争端和摩擦日趋增多，这对中美经贸关系乃至中国对外贸易环境产生了极大影响。因此对中美贸易失衡原因等进行深入地研究分析并寻求解决对策具有理论与现实意义。 本文的主要研究思路是：首先，通过评述已有的关于中美贸易失衡问题的研究，阐明本文选取产业转移作为切入视角的原因。其次，通过简要阐述中美贸易失衡的状况归纳两国贸易失衡的基本特征。再次，通过理论分析、实证检验和经验解释三个步骤分析产业转移和中美贸易失衡的关系。最后，提出调整中美贸易失衡的政策建议。 由于以往对产业转移与中美贸易失衡的研究，大多是基于现实数据的经验解释，因此，本文...; The bilateral trade between China and the U.S.A. has developed rapidly and positively.
