| 英文摘要 | 科技型中小企业是典型的资金密集型企业，融资问题对企业的生存发展而言十分重要。然而许多科技型中小企业由于资金和实力的不足，存在着较大的技术和市场风险，筹集资金存在诸多困难。本文针对此问题以厦门市的科技型中小企业为研究对象展开分析，寻求妥善解决当前融资困境的方法与途径。认为应该通过厦门市科技型中小企业融资体系的建立，加大对企业的科技投入，促进企业的发展壮大。这不仅对于提高厦门市的自主创新能力，带动厦门市的产业结构升级和社会经济发展具有积极的意义，更是厦门市承接台湾地区第三阶段高新技术产业转移，推动海峡西岸经济区建设的必然要求。本文在阐述科技型中小企业融资的主要概念及理论的基础上，深入研究了美国、日...; The Small-and-Medium-Sized Hi-tech Enterprises are the typical capital intensive enterprises, therefore, the financing problem is the key point to the enterprises' survival and development.
