| 英文摘要 | 石油作为现代工业的基础，关系到国民经济的稳定发展。而石油价格形成机制是石油市场化改革的核心。随着中国经济的高速增长，石油的需求量迅猛膨胀，目前，中国石油的开采增速严重落后于需求增长速度，中国石油的对外依存度日益增加，中国滞后、被动的石油定价机制极大地影响了石油产业的发展，如何完善成品油定价机制、改革中国石油市场成为促进我国经济发展的重要问题。 虽然中国已经进行了多年的石油价格机制改革，但是仍未能理顺石油产业链关系，现有的石油价格形成机制仍存在定价不透明、补贴负担过重、征税方式不合理等问题，而且在通货膨胀的压力下进一步实行油价改革需要面临各方质疑，石油定价要想完全实现市场化，尚有许多问题和难点...; As the foundation of modern industry, Oil matters the stable development of national economy.
