英文摘要	改革开放30年以来，特别是我国加入WTO之后，中美经贸关系经历了长足的发展，贸易收支不断攀升。随着中美贸易规模的不断扩大，贸易不平衡问题日渐突出，中国对美贸易逆差继续攀升。由此，不断引发中美双边贸易的争端，而这一争端的核心问题就是人民币汇率。 汇率变化包含两方面内容：其一是其水平值变动；其二是其波动。汇率水平值方面，自汇改以来人民币累计升值幅度已达31%。同时，关于人民币波动幅度的改革进程也在加快。银行间即期外汇市场人民币兑美元交易价浮动幅度在2007年由0.3%扩大至0.5%，并于2012年进一步调整至1%。希尔(Ethier，1973)提出：汇率非预期波动的增加会影响风险厌恶型厂商的外贸...; Since up to 30 years’ reform and opening, especially after China joined the WTO, China and US economic and trade relations has undergone considerable development.
