| 英文摘要 | 随着全球经济金融的一体化和自由化，银行业的国际化经营成了必然趋势，各国银行业的发展面临着广阔的空间和市场机遇，同时也意昧着更激烈的竞争和更大的风险。实现银行国际化已成为我国银行业发展的重要战略目标，而选择以怎样的方式进入目标市场是我国商业银行海外扩张战略中的关键问题，因此，研究和分析我国商业银行海外扩张方式，探索其内在规律，对我国银行业的海外发展有重大的意义。 首先，本文对相关概念进行了界定，并对商业银行海外扩张的动因、进入方式以及机构组织形式三个方面相关的已有文献进行归纳总结。其次，陈述了银行海外扩张的进入方式和机构组织形式的分类，扩张方式主要为新建投资和跨国并购，机构组织形式包括设立代表...; With the global economic and financial integration , international operations of the banking industry has become an inevitable trend.
