英文摘要	本文在D-S垄断竞争框架下，以Pasquale，Ingrid和Petraglia(2007)的模型为基础，通过在中心区和边缘区企业的资本报酬中引入生产性公共支出，构建了企业、家庭和地方政府三主体的新经济地理模型，分析了生产性公共支出对产业集聚的影响，发现生产性公共支出对地区产业集聚的影响分为“本地市场放大”效应和“挤出”效应；中心地区的生产性公共支出增加通过带动当地的私人资本投入，扩大企业规模，放大本地市场，进而促进中心地区产业的集聚；当集聚进一步发展，拥挤造成的“挤出效应”将大于本地市场的“放大效应”，私人资本的投入将随着生产性公共支出的增加而减少，当满足突破条件时，外围地区的生产性公共支出...; In the framework of D-S monopolistic competition,through the introduction of productive public expenditure in the center and edge area to the return to capital in enterprise, we built a three-agent new economic geography model based on the paper from Pasquale, Ingrid and Petraglia (2007) and analysed the impact on industrial agglomeration from productive public input.
