| 英文摘要 | 猪肉是我国居民日常饮食中的主要肉制品，肉价的高低直接关乎着他们菜篮子支出的多寡。近几年，我国生猪养殖规模逐步扩大，出现了“百度养猪”、“高盛养猪”等热门事件。然而，这过程中，也伴随着我国生猪价格波动幅度的愈来愈大。过度的价格波动会影响到居民的消费习惯以及养殖户特别是农户的收入，同时也不利于生猪养殖产业的健康发展。因此，研究引起生猪价格变动的因素以及生猪价格波动剧烈的原因十分有必要。 本文首先指出我国生猪养殖市场的特征：低长期需求弹性与高长期供给弹性；无退出进入壁垒；养殖主体以农户为主，养殖模式以农户规模化养殖为主。进而，分析了我国近几年生猪价格波动的特征：显著的节假日及季节特征、发散型蛛网。...; Pork is the main source of animal food for Chinese.
