| 英文摘要 | 中国微观企业存在着严重的政策歧视问题，不同性质企业面临的外部环境具有显著差异，导致经济资源在企业间的配置出现扭曲，造成宏观经济运行效率下降。并且，近年来国有经济有卷土重来的趋势，对国进民退的争论愈演愈烈。在此背景下，准确评估反映在不同性质企业资源配置差异中的政策性扭曲对宏观经济产生的影响，对于我们正确认识政府在经济中的角色、准确把握改革进程，都具有重要意义。 为此，本文借鉴近年来在发展经济学中兴起的从微观企业资源配置角度分析宏观经济表现的研究路径，以1998-2007年间的中国工业企业为样本，在纠正企业投入产出指标的测算偏差基础上，从静态和动态两方面考察了政府对不同性质企业的歧视性政策所导致...; One of the most serious problems faced by Chinese enterprises is the policy discriminations which bring about distortion of economic resources among the enterprises, as a result of the different outside situations faced by heterogeneous enterprises, causing the decline of macroeconomic operation efficiency.
