| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，我国民办高教获得了长足的进步和发展，但同时，也暴露出了一些问题，尤其是质量问题，受到了世人的关注。解决这些问题的有效办法之一，就是加强对民办院校的评估。但是，在实践上，由于历史原因和政府重视程度不够，民办院校评估一直未得到大范围的深入开展，相对于普通高教评估要薄弱得多；在理论上，民办院校评估在我国也是一个较新颖而又被很多人忽视的研究领域。理论研究的薄弱，也就导致了理论指导实践的缺失。因此，在这种情况下，本论文就以民办院校评估作为研究对象，进行研究。本论文的思路是：先从国际比较的视野，考察美国、日本和马来西亚三国对私立高等教育评估开展的状况，从中归纳出目前国外私立高等教育发展趋势的...; Abstract Since the opening and reform, Non-government education has been well developed and made big progress in China.
