英文摘要	随着我国经济持续迅猛的发展，国际地位不断提升，国际交流日益广泛，汉语的文化价值和实用价值也在提升，世界性的“汉语热”正在全球范围内迅速升温。学习需求的增长，使得汉语教师的需求量不断增大，同时也给师资队伍的发展规模提出了更高的要求。2004年中国教育部开始实施“国际汉语教师中国志愿者计划”，至今已派出一万多名汉语志愿者到世界各国从事汉语教学工作。汉语教师志愿者项目有效补充了世界各国对汉语教师的需求，对汉语国际推广事业起到了非常积极的作用。 汉语教师的培养与培训是解决汉语师资缺乏的重要途径。每年派出的汉语教师志愿者都需要经过1-4月时间不等的行前培训，目标在于通过培训，使受训者具备基本的汉语专业...; With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the ascending of the Chinese’s cultural and practical value, worldwide “Chinese hot” are warming rapidly.
