| 英文摘要 | 自从十一五将新农村建设纳为重点发展的目标以来，各行各业对农村的发展就越来越重视，作为农村建设中的住宅建设更是成为建设的重中之重。作为地处闽南三角区的厦门来说，农村经济的发展速度相当快，伴随着的建设破坏情况也是相当严重，农村住宅建设与经济发展的矛盾就凸显出来。为了更好解决农村住宅建设的矛盾，以及无序化的问题。本研究以厦门市近郊集美区灌口镇的农村住宅为研究对象，以实地调查、访谈为手段，结合基础学科知识，对农村住宅，特别是近郊的新农村住宅建设中出现的问题和现象做一定的分析和总结，从而在此基础上对近郊农村住宅建设做一些基础理论研究，希望能够探索出一套合理的适合解决当地新农村住宅建设的模式。为闽南地区，...; Since the New Rural residence construction become the core contents of the 11th Five-Year Plan, all industries have paid more attention to the development of the rural area.
