| 英文摘要 | 致病菌的快速、灵敏、特异性检测对食品质量监管、公共安全、环境卫生监测、细菌致病机理研究、疾病的诊断与治疗等具有重要意义。依靠各种生化反应的传统致病菌检测方法不仅操作复杂、检测周期长，且无法用于检测难培养的致病菌；而以抗原—抗体识别为基础的检测方法需要使用价格昂贵并难以获取的特异性抗体，限制了该方法的适用性。噬菌体是一类以细菌为宿主的病毒，广泛存在于自然界中，种类繁多，能够快速繁殖，对宿主菌具有良好的专一识别性。噬菌体基因组简单且易于改造，目前，利用分子生物学技术构建的重组噬菌体探针已成为致病菌检测的重要研究工具，被广泛应用于多种致病菌的特异性检测。 肠出血性大肠杆菌E.coliO157:H7...; Rapid, specific and sensitive detection of pathogenic bacteria is vital to food quality control, proper clinical diagnostics, environment contaminant monitoring and anti-bioterrorism.
