英文摘要本论文以TiCl4和SiCl4为原料,采用非水水解溶胶-凝胶法的醚解反应和水解两种方法制备了不同Ti含量的Ti-Si复氧化物Ti-Si-Nx和Ti-Si-Hx(x代表Ti的mol%含量),通过XRD、FTIR、UV-Vis、BET、Raman和SEM等表征表明,所制备的两种Ti-Si复氧化物在Ti<20mol%时为无定型结构,含较多的Ti-O-Si键;两种Ti-Si复氧化物含丰富的介孔网络,但Ti-Si-Nx的比表面积较高。以所制备的Ti-Si复氧化物为载体,用沉积-沉淀法制得载Au催化剂Au/Ti-Si-Nx和Au/Ti-Si-Hx。表征结果表明,在载体结构得以维持的基础上,制备所得催...; Two kinds of titania-silica mixed oxides were prepared by one-step non-hydrolytic and conventional hydrolytic sol-gels using Ti- and Si-chloride as precursors.
