| 英文摘要 | 摘要 本文是以电子制造服务EMS(ElectronicManufacturerService)A公司的生产运作时间作为研究对象，分析了生产系统面临的主要问题。以精益生产理论和方法为依据，通过实际案例研究为切入点，从作业现场改善和生产流程改善实现精益生产。A公司是典型的多品种、高复杂、小批量的加工厂，它的生产模式是订单式生产MTO(MakeToOrder)。最近几年受市场需求多变的影响，客户要求缩短交货时间,A公司的生产运作时间需要从原来平均的8.2天降到7天以下。为此，企业为了生存和提高竞争力，为了降低成本和提高质量及客户的满意度，采取了各种精益改善措施。 本论文简要介绍研究背景和精益生产...; Abstract This paper is based on the production and operation time of EMS (Electronic Manufacturer Service) company A, and analyzes the major problems in the production system.
