| 英文摘要 | 随着中国国民经济不断发展，酒店业呈现高速发展态势，尤其高星级酒店是提升地区核心力和竞争力的关键，更成为衡量一个地区经济发展水平的标尺。万达酒店集团作为中国最大的高星级酒店业主，研究其空间扩张特征及区位选择因素，将弥补我国自有高档酒店品牌区位选择研究的空白，同时对万达酒店集团未来规划布局具有重要意义，也期望能为其他酒店投资者、政府部门提供借鉴参考。 本文对中国大陆84家万达酒店空间分布过程划分为三个阶段，基于ArcGIS平台，对各阶段分布情况制作等值区域地图，研究发现万达酒店空间分布呈现典型的点-轴-板块集聚渐进式空间结构特征，遵循区域经济发展规律，体现社会经济客体空间集聚和演变的一般特征。通...; With the rapid growth development of China’ economy, the hotel industry has correspondingly experienced extraordinary growth.Especially high-star hotel is the key to enhance the core region and competitiveness, but also a measure of the development level.
