| 英文摘要 | 近些年随着社会经济的快速发展，各类企业数量大幅增加、企业类型及经营模式越来越多样化，引发税收核算算法日益复杂，传统的税收征管模式已经无法满足社会形势发展的要求。福建省某地税作为“金税三期工程”省级应用集中优化版的第四批计划上线单位，计划于2016年3月1日开始与现有征管系统双轨试运行，2016年5月1日新系统正式单轨上线。项目在面临时间紧、任务重、相关干系单位多、政策法规变动风险等种种不利因素的影响下，如何保证项目按期保质保量的平稳上线成为了本次项目管理的难点。 本文针对上述难点，以某地税金税三期推广项目为研究对象，通过借鉴国内外先进的项目进度管理理论及技术经验来尝试提出相应的对策。本次项目...; As the rapid development of society and economy in recent years, the number of enterprises and small business has increased significantly.
