| 英文摘要 | 融资租赁行业目前在中国得到快速发展，但与西方发达国家相比，仍存在较大的差距。制约我国融资租赁业快速发展的原因很多，包括社会信用体系的建立与健全、制度的完善性、政府的支持力度及资金渠道的畅通等。其中，融资租赁公司的资金来源渠道是制约行业整体发展的关键因素，融资租赁公司如何进行融资也成为了困扰行业发展的重要问题。 2014年12月24日，中国基金业协会发布《资产支持专项计划备案管理办法》，实现资产证券化从早先的行政审批制变为更加“市场化”的备案制。2015年8月31日，国务院办公室发布了《关于加快融资租赁业发展的指导意见》国办发〔2015〕68号文件。《意见》指出，到2020年，融资租赁业务领域...; Financial leasing industry is now developing rapidly in China, but there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries in the West.
